Monday 10am-12pm

A weekly Monday morning friendship group for the over 50s taking place from 10am – 12pm. This friendly club offers a wide range of activities from quizzes to crafts over a cuppa, along with visits to local places of interest. Free of charge.

Tuesday & Fridays 10am - 1pm

This group for men aged 18+ meets fortnight in the Upstairs Hall, it teaches basic cooking skills to men, including those who have had a change in circumstance such as a bereavement. It’s a great opportunity to meet other men as well as learning the skills needed to prepare healthy meals. Each session costs £5, including refreshments, tasters and food to take home!

Tuesday 5.30 - 7pm

A weekly Tuesday session for adults taking place from 5.30- 7pm. The focus of this friendly and supportive group is helping members with weight loss and supporting them to maintain a healthy weight once they reach their target. You can just turn up, and more info on membership is available at the meeting and on their website.

Wednesday 9.15am - 11.15am

A Wednesday morning toy library session for families with under-5s taking place from 9.15 – 11.15am (term-time only). Enjoy a play session, craft activity, healthy snack, singing and choose a toy to borrow for the week. Make friends and encourage your children to develop their language, communication and social skills through play! Just £3 per family per session.

Wednesday 12pm - 4pm

A music-based support group for adults experiencing enduring mental health problems meeting weekly on Wednesdays from 2pm – 3.30pm. The group offers peer to peer support and social interaction for members who may otherwise be socially isolated. Just £2 per session.

Wednesday 7pm - 9pm

A weekly meeting for adults on Wednesdays from 7-8pm. This is a group of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to do the same. Everyone seeking to try and stop gambling is warmly welcomed. Free of charge.

Wednesday 6pm - 8pm

A weekly session for girls aged 7 to 10 years taking place from 6pm to 8pm. Part of the Girlguiding movement, Brownies is about non-stop fun, learning and adventure. At Brownies, your child can explore their creative side, get out into the great outdoors, and learn how to look after themselves, others and the world we live in. Membership and advance registration is required via their website.

Sunday 7pm - 9pm

A weekly session for adults on Sunday evenings from 5pm to 6pm. The group welcomes everyone – whatever their gender, sexual orientation, income, religion, or race – who desires to stop drinking, one day at a time. You can just come and listen, or you can talk and share – it’s up to you. Free of charge.
